This series keeps getting better and better!! Totally at the edge of my seat and can’t wait to start the next book!!

A Good End

Seemed a very dark plot and so sad but there were some saving graces that compensated.

Absolutely loved this edition of the DI Ruth Hunter series! The author does a great job of making each book more and more exciting, definitely not the same old "who dunnit" !

Different type of DI Ruth.

Enjoyed the story. So different from the usual DI Ruth that has so many murders. Someone dies but since it was a bad guy and there was such an effort to not kill, it was almost heartwarming.

Give me a break!

I have finally reached my limit with the series and I don’t think I can continue. Police officers who willfully ignore evidence? Now it’s supposed to be OK to hit people in the head with hammers and commit armed robbery and car jacking simply because you have a hard luck story? People read these books because the good guys are supposed to win. This was ridiculous.
