Putting My Shoulder to the Plow

Enlightening, inspiring, challenging, and amazing are but a few of the words I use to describe the work that Michelle accomplished with this book. This needs to be a mandatory reading for every believer in terms of how to eradicate racism within their spheres of influence.

As a result of reading this, I am adding the guidance offered to fuel my work in the Diversity & Belonging space. I am championing this as a must read within my small groups and ERGs.
