I got an opportunity to listen to this wonderful book just before my level one attunement and what I really enjoyed about it is how the author took us on the journey of how Master Mikao Usui discovered Reiki. This gets to show the commitment the author took to providing the history of Reiki. I can say that it was also beautifully narrated and I also liked how the author explained the attunement process, moreover the recommendations they had for a person that has just been attuned. It is a great manual to refer to, especially for someone like me who has just begun with the Reiki journey.

I truly enjoyed this book. It’s very thorough. My only recommendation would be to include some meditative exercises for the reader.
