Prince Roderick and Justina . . .

Prince Roderick is a Var, a cat shifter, who enjoys being out in the woods. When he wakes up from his sleep, he scents blood and goes to investigate in his cougar form. He finds Justina, a Cysgodian, trying to get Fiora, a draig princess, out of Shelter City to save her. Roderick helps her with Fiora, but he is informed that his friend, Jaxx, is injured and still back in Shelter City needing help. Will Roderick get his friend out of the stricken city? Will he find out what happens to Justina who has returned to Shelter City and placed herself in danger in the hands of the corrupt Federation?

The world building is really good. The characters are believable and many are very likable. Having read and listened to these books for years, I already have my favorites! These stories will definitely make a place in your reading library for years to come! The narrator for the audiobook version is Michael Ferraiuolo. He does a great job with the voices to personalize the story and make it easy for the listener to get an accurate impression of what each character is like. It helps to set the mood, familiarize us with the characters, and is a pleasant way to “read” and enjoy the book.

Nice story

Good character development and storyline as well. I like the male and female lead characters, both have a noble backbone. Plenty of action and hotness to keep my wayward attention. The narrator did a nice job with providing unique voices for each character and appropriate tone inflections for each scene. I received a free copy of the audiobook at my request and have voluntarily left this review.

Fantastic series

I think this is a fantastic series. They can be read as stand-alones but I definitely recommend reading them all. I enjoyed listening to the narrator on the audio book.

As usual, Michael Ferraiuolo's narration provides a captivating listening experience. Even in scenes with multiple characters speaking, his changes in voice and speech patterns are flawlessly done—no overacting, just a natural and immersive listening experience.

Michelle M. Pillow's character development and world-building are exceptional throughout this series, and this book is no exception. One of the things I enjoy most about Qurilixen (the world in which the story takes place) is the diversity of characters and species. It offers seemingly endless opportunities for additional stories, and each new story adds to readers' understanding of Qurilixen (the planet, social structures, politics, the different species trying to coexist, etc.).

Feral Prince is a pivotal book in the Qurilixen Lords series. It's beautifully written, and the conflicts that drive the story are both believable and necessary to the development of this and future books in the series. I listened to Book 4 before this audiobook, and while I understood that story, this book certainly adds depth to my appreciation for the next book in the series.

I recommend this book and the entire Qurilixen Lords series to those who enjoy paranormal romance.

Great book, kept my attention all the way to the end, amazing audio delivery, loved it. Will be reading again, every chapter was received amazingly do recommend you give it a read.
