Norm Macdonald, the iconic anchor of SNL's "Weekend Update" and star of the cult classic Dirty Work, is back with a vengeance. This time he serves up a hilarious feature-length standup special, covering everything from cheating death, 24-hour news stories, shameful sex, Tiger Woods, and OJ Simpson. Don't let his laid-back demeanor fool you; Macdonald's brand of comedy is as blunt and sharp as ever.

Great collection of stories featuring Norm's inimitable wry sense of humor. Will listen again and again.

classic Norm

By the time he recorded this show, Norm had mastered the art of stand-up comedy, and then some. His but about Janice is legendary, and the rest is just as good. I can't help but suspect he had already been diagnosed with cancer before this recording, since it's so heavily focused on the fear of death and other morbid topics, such as murder and the shameful nature of sex. Which is all hilarious, by the way, don't get me wrong. Norm's delivery and pacing are perfect, of course. Easy recommendation.
