Love story after pain

This was an tender and cathartic read. This was emotional and there was a lot of time needed to process overcoming betrayal and learning to love again. A lot of sadness to overcome. It was written with a lot of humor and sweetness. More getting over past pain to find love again.

Could not stop listening!

I just recently began listening to Jennifer Peel’s books. I first started out with the pumpkin patch book and then I immediately came to buy the holiday X files and let me tell you both of those books did not disappoint at all I could not stop listening I found every moment of where I had free time to listen to this audiobook. The narrator is great! The storyline is really good. I love how we as the readers know that Noah has a crush or is in love with her. It’s also the type of book that our protagonist overcomes something which I like like it’s her self struggle and she overcomes that self struggle, but she also still finds love as well.
Overall, it’s really good and you should definitely read it!

Sorry, couldn’t love, wanted to but couldn’t!

I love this author & most her books, but this one dragged on & on with same massage over & over again. Very predictable with Cammy’s suitor, Noah. She was extremely blind & many inconsistencies in her personality. Then the final straw on the camel’s back that ruined it for me was her alter-ego. The voice that kept talking to her was the same as her own’ & there were way too many arguments between them, so annoying. It was over & over again. Finally couldn’t take it anymore, boring & too long. Turned it off. After a day away from it, decided I wanted to find out what happened to her ex-husband so listened to rest of book, brutal . I think his fate was one of the only good things in the book. There were some good , funny parts but overall did not enjoy this book, premise was good but way too much repetitions in dialogue & rehashing past. Anyway sorry I usually give much better reviews but just couldn’t on this one.

Holiday Love

Such a cute story! Funny and quirky is just the way I love it! I love Cami and Noah sounds so handsome! I wish there was more Christmas in the story, but listening to Cami heal for all the holidays makes this extra special! Truly enjoyed this book!

Who doesn't love a fun, clean holiday romance?

I love all of Jennifer Peel's books including this one. This one is a perfect read right before Christmas. It made me laugh, cry and feel the love between them. I loved the narrator on this one!
