  • Ep.40-What This 13-Year Old Powerhouse Can Teach You About Forgiveness
    Nov 10 2022

This 13-year-old powerhouse probably has more courage than all of us put together!

Sexually assaulted by a trusted family friend at 11, rather than spending decades of suffering in silence, she chose to speak about it!

    And this is her story.

    The incredible London Pugmire:

London was born and raised in Idaho. She is the youngest of 5 children, she has 3 sisters and one brother.

London is actively involved with sports and has been playing volleyball for the last several years.

She loves animals, especially horses. She volunteers at a local farm helping take care of the 9 horses that are used for equine therapy.

This last year London was selected from her local middle school to be part of “Sources of Strength” a peer mentoring program. The program provides training to students to be able to help combat teen suicide, abuse, mental illness, and bullying. They focus on intervention through awareness, reaching out, and connection.

If you’d like to get in contact with London, please send us an email at anna@annaditchburn.com or leave us a comment here below with your contact details and we will pass it on.
