Roger started his Real Estate career in 1996 as a Mortgage Loan Officer in Bellevue Washington. Considered a serial Entrepreneur, Roger has owned, operated and sold several businesses.

​In 2012 his creation of the Wired Waffle landed him on Shark Tank and the Ellen Show. In 2013 he launched Eve's Apple Pie Moonshine and won a Bronze medal tying with Crown Royal Apple at the World Spirit Competition in San Francisco. Roger is an expert at brand creation and marketing with a focus on scalability. 

In March of 2017, Roger and his wife Amy were facing an empty nest after all 4 of their sons were grown and out of the house. Embracing his spirit of adventure, Roger and Amy sold all of their possessions and backpacked around the world for almost 2 years.

They had planned on traveling indefinitely, but God had other plans and brought them to Florida in July of 2019.

Roger got to work with a national non-profit and an investor fund from Seattle and began finding properties for them. 

​This has led to Roger being a licensed REALTOR in Washington State with Realty One Group Orca in Marysville and also doing Commercial Real Estate for Sunset Capital Commercial in the greater Jacksonville Florida market.
