Did not disappoint!

M.M. Crumley has created a world filled with fantastical creatures and vibrant charecters. It was once said the Munsters were normal people that looked like monsters and the Adam's family were monsters who looked like normal people. Crumley, shows this same dichotomy.

Wether it be the gambler with a talent for killing, who saves the world from racist fascist, or a daughter that slowly poisons her mother; the author makes it easy to see past the exterior and get down to basic questions of morality. All without pushing an agenda.

Micheal Cummings delivers a superb performance once again. No matter how great a writter. the voice of the narrator will make or break an audiobook.

Cummings may not have the voice over range to differentiate charecters like some other narrators. But this is his advantage. Instead of vastly diffrent tonal qualities, Micheal greats depth and nuance to each line of dialog breathing life into each persona.

Love this series

I like the narrator. I love the world M.M.Crumley has Created. Great story line, Great character development. I can't wait To listen to The series. The characters get into a lot of trouble But it's funny at the same time.
