Tom is a ruggedly handsome personal trainer who's new in town. He discovers himself in the unlikely situation of helping people get in shape for a living and having a deep appreciation for women with curves. He meets Stephanie at a time when they are both at a crossroads in their lives, and they struggle to decide which way to turn, knowing that that the curves ahead could be dangerous.
