Do yourself a favor and listen

I have followed Joe and Rachel for about two years now on YouTube. In the process I’ve gone from 278 pounds to 159. My A-1 C has gone from 6.9 to 5.1. Following their advice I’ve completely transformed my life. This is how I will eat for the rest of my life. Not necessarily triple B & E but I have learned how harmful sugar and carbs are for me. This is a lifestyle and not a diet.I highly recommend listening and giving it a try and checking out their website and YouTube For some really great and important community support. Highly highly recommend giving this a listen.

They’ve been through it so they understand!

This couple has knowledge from experience and put themselves out there for our benefit! They research and experiment and test and do it! Their encouragement comes through in their content. Whether you watch them on YouTube or listen to them here it will become a favorite! It’s my favorite. They have helped me so much! Thank you Krazy Ketos!

I love 2KrazyKetos! Thank you Joe & Rachel. The first YouTube video I watched of yours last week had me immediately saying, "I love them!" I appreciate you talking about your faith and family in addition to all the Keto and Carnivore topics. I started my BBBE Challenge after one month doing Keto. Informative & educational

Joe and Rachel have been walking the Keto/low-carb walk for quite a while. They have studied at the feet of the best keto/low-carb teachers around. Their experience, knowledge, and exploration of this way of eating is very deep. Their teaching style is entertaining, relatable and very applicable. I really enjoy their podcasts as well as their YouTube and MightNetworks channels.
I always walk away with a smile and a new nugget of knowledge from Joe and Rachel...cheers to them(coffee of course).

Caring Authenic Very Helpful that's 2Krazy Ketos!

I really love the down-to-earth on to Earth where they explain how they've learned what they've learned . I totally related to the BBBE challenge when Rachel talked about how she got excited that she could eat breakfast again and not feel bad because you don't have to skip breakfast if you are hungry. I wake up Authentically Hungry . I am breakfast person! Learning to get intune with real hunger and satiety is a game changer for me physically and emotionally and Joe and Rachel are great at guiding others how to do that.
