This is the second book in a three-part series. It is full of twists and turns, excitement and sadness. The story is fully developed with characters that are believable, complex and “real”. It is a time travel story that starts in present time, but abruptly brings the reader to the 18th century following a plane crash.

The narration is excellent with we’ll defined characters throughout.

I loved the first book and couldn’t wait for this second book… I was so disappointed! To many characters, too many stories.The first part of the book was so long and really not going anywhere. But I stuck with it and I got to the end and it’s another cliffhanger! 😡
Hopefully the next book will be better.
