A Great Listen!!

Really enjoying this series. This one was as good as the first two. Easy listening, great narration, well paced story with terrific characters in both timelines. Recommended.

Good, engaging story

I really liked this book and appreciated the love stories developing in both timelines. Totally held my interest and I binge listened to the whole thing :)

Fascinating read!!

Whoa, what a fascinating read. I loved everything about this story of the missing crew, Ellie and Gabriel's story, and Kyle's dilemmas Gabriel and Ellie's back story was by far the best part. I was shocked by the old custom of wife selling. I think this book may end up being my favorite of the series. Interesting characters with a tale well told. An overall good book with a fascinating tale.

This author has become one of my favorite historical fiction writers because of books like this one. I hope the series continues.

Wow!!!!

This book is absolutely the best one I've read. Ms. Shapiros characters, plot, and twist an turns are spectacular. I normally take my time with a book and savior it but not this one. I had to know what was going to happen. It needs to be a movie but I'm afraid they would ruin this phenomenal book. LOVED it!!!
