A new kink

Overall, a good, smutty read. The plot line is interesting for a love-at-first-sight storyline. The sex scenes are well written with varying degrees of length and variety. The ending is a bit contrived.

Steamy and Sweat

This was the final installment of the Playboy series. Though each book reads very nicely as a standalone, they were even better read as a complete series, as you got to know the characters in depth.

In this book we get to spend time with Austin as with his friends before him he has a darker side a kink if you will in the bedroom. When he sees Emi he is determined to have her even if just for a while but sometimes letting go is harder than you think.

Emi wants to enjoy her last little time of freedom before entering an arranged marriage. She wants to be with someone like Austin, who understands her darker side and is willing to embrace it. However, when things with Austin start to get too intense, will she defy her father to keep the man she loves??

I love a good dark romance with a kink. I can't say force play is at the top of my list, but the author did a really great job portraying this kink. I love Austin. He is the good guy with a dark side that makes him that much hotter, as you know he won't hurt you. Overall, this book was really good. I loved getting to know the characters, and I felt the author did a great job weaving their stories together and making me root for them.

It was the perfect way to end this series and I am excited to read more books bu this author.

How is he the bad guy again

So why is she still being ridiculous after her father explained what he did? Punishing Austin for putting her first and making him beg for forgiveness afterwards. It’s so selfish. She is my least favorite character in the series. Austin is a dream and she is awful.
