Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest, Clubhouse, YouTube…. How many of these apps do you have on your phone?  And how often are you posting or checking them out?  We grew up in an age where these platforms didn’t exist.  Our biggest and baddest platform was MySpace. 

But now, many of us can’t live without checking our socials on daily basis.  How much of this is too much?

Are you struggling to make plan A work?  Are you one of those people that get down on yourself when you need to come up with Plan “F”, again?!  Yeah.  Those plan A’s never seem to work out but there’s absolutely nothing wrong with that. Creating ourselves over and over again takes practice and sometimes, we need lots of practice to get it right.
