Many late discovered ADHD adults find it hard to know where to begin when it comes to ADHD Unmasking. In this micro-episode ADHD Coach Meghann Birks gives us her top tip to help unpick those negative beliefs we've accumulated to help us find our authentic selves.

I had the pleasure of being interviewed by Meghann on her amazing Podcast: Sisters in Stoke and we've been in semi constant contact ever since. This Canadian LEGEND lives in Melbourne and she's all heart, humour and wisdom. Meghann invites us all to ''f**k around and find out!"
We go on a little side-quest about internalised mysogyny, beauty standards and body image issues, but somehow Meghann uses her time wizardry to cram her Unmasking knowledge into a short TITBIT episode.
