Police Chief Delaney Reed can handle supernatural disasters. With gods vacationing in her little town of Ordinary, Oregon, and monsters living alongside humans, she’s had plenty of practice.

But trying to handle something so normal, so average, so very ordinary as planning her own wedding to the man she loves? Delaney is totally out of her depth.

When a car falls out of the sky and lands on the beach, Delaney is more than happy to push guest lists and venue dates out of her mind. The car appears empty, but someone has slipped into Ordinary with stolen weapons from the gods. Someone who has the ability to look like any god, monster, or human in town. Someone who might set off a supernatural disaster even Delaney can’t handle.

Performed by Colleen Delany, Henry W. Kramer, Megan Dominy, Richard Rohan, Karen Novack, Danny Gavigan, Amanda Forstrom, Carolyn Kashner, Marni Penning, Gabriel Michael, Torian Brackett, Chris Genebach, Nick DePinto, Rayner Gabriel, Michael Glenn, Zeke Alton, Lise Bruneau, Andy Brownstein, Bradley Foster Smith, Yasmin Tuazon, Nora Achrati, and Eric Messner.

I love to listen to this story especially The talking horse which is a demon quen in hiding. My daughter and I laughed so much. I totaly loved this book. But in orddr to get the best understanding you should start on book 1 in the town of Ordinary. The graphic audios have me hooked they are so worth it. If you buy the credits it makes the graphic audio just as much as the regular audios.

I am definitely enjoying this series. Like I've said in previous reviews I enjoy the characters, the sense of humor, the various storyline plots that come up, and the romance that is included. When I was first listening to the graphic audio for this book and reading it on my Kindle I was beginning to get frustrated with Delaney because she keeps struggling with her relationship with Ryder and he is 100 million percent in it and I just want them to get married already. However, the way things worked in the book and the way it ended it was nice and I wasn't as frustrated. I have one more book to go in the series and I am looking forward to all of the elements that I've enjoyed so far and a very happy ending for the characters.

Enjoyable series

it got even more stupid. I stopped at chapter 4 when things started going by they/them..... great casting, bad story. 1-3 were good. the romance between Myra and bathin is gone, king of the demons is forgotten about, adding too much and forgetting existing story lines.

another boring story
