Isabella's circle grows, as does her influence, and her place in the world. To the point of becoming overwhelming to her. Culminating in a tragedy she must make her way through, and come to grips with. Isabella resolves to push her mission even further. And also calls upon Rachel, to become more than just the subject of the world's dreams and fantasies.

Book Three sees Isabella overcome a once-in-a-lifetime challenge, to finally claim, and grow, her family. She also determines to give up things dear to her, and challenge those around her, so that Rachel too, will have a life of her own.
