Simply brilliant!

Wow! This was unbelievable! I wanted it to go on!! Brilliant!! Made me think so much about hearing from Beck’s perspective!! When listening to Sab’s story I realized how many times I didn’t think of what Beck was going through. I love this world and these people. This series has given me so much thought on the history of don’t ask don’t tell. I’m ashamed to say I was so indifferent when it was actually happening. I know it’s cliché but puuullleazzze do another in this series! Please! Spend the credit! It’s worth 20!

Wow!

I think in some ways, this book was better than the others in the series. Looking at the story from Beck’s point of view explains a lot. Especially when Sabine was injured during the attack of her Humvee. Because of DADT Rebecca could not express her feelings about her injured lover like a regular person, I remember 12 years ago, when my niece was stationed here in New Mexico she had met a woman (who is her wife now) but she would not do anything until that horrible rule was done away from all the armed forces. She told me she would not subject anyone to that horrific closeted behavior.

I loved the way Noys wrote the plot portraying all the ordeals young men and women go through so they can serve their country,

Abby Craden, as usual, was absolutely wonderful in narrating the story!

Absolutely perfect!

After having read the Ask, Tell series multiple times, I decided to listen to the entire collection as an audiobook, and I am so glad I did. Abby Craden’s narration brought Rebecca and Sabine to life in a whole new way. Her voice work was absolutely perfect, and it added an extra layer of intimacy and emotion to the already brilliant writing. Listening to the series has made me love it even more, and I highly recommend it to anyone who enjoys audiobooks.

No matter how many books I read or audiobooks I listen to in the future, this series will always hold a special place in my heart and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautifully written, deeply emotional story about love, vulnerability, and trust.

Outstanding!

The reader is very lucky to get Rebecca's side of the extremely popular Ask, Tell series in this compelling companion piece. The entire series is fabulous and listening to Bec's inner voice as she falls in love with Sabine is a beautiful bonus. The writing is outstanding and the narration just flawless from none other than Abby Craden. EJ and Abby are quite the literary duo! Outstanding from beginning to end! I highly recommend!!!

I have listened to all three installments of this series. This latest addition is another laugh l, cry and fall in love with Rebecca and Sabine all over again. EJ Noyes is a master at getting you in the feels. As always Abby Craden is swoon worthy at bringing Rebecca Keane to life.
