Publisher's summary

Dungeon Wars have ended. Peace reigns across DCO...for a moment.

With the creation of his fourth floor to focus on and his burgeoning relationship with Rue to enjoy, James is ready to simply immerse himself in everything that DCO has to offer. With his players now able to take to the seas, there is a whole new set of mechanics to explore. Not to mention another set of random mobs, each more ridiculous and terrifying than the last. I mean who doesn’t want to see a zombie megalodon summon a tornado full of undead sharks?

And, as DCO grows, so, too, does its impact on the world. With new Dungeon Gates that allow travel between dungeons, the economic impact of the game has increased tenfold.

But where there is wealth, there are those who wish to take it.

James is about to learn that the real world is a lot more sinister than the virtual one.

Cyb3Ru5 is coming.

Pretty good but there’s a problem

Great book! Except … for … the …romance😭 I almost wanted to stop and delete this every time there was some kind of intimate situation between the mc and rue.

Great continuation of the series

I like that we got to see more of what was happening in the world. The author also did a good job of keeping the stakes high enough to make me care about the outcome. I hope we get more details on the experiment in the next book. He has built it up so much it had better be good! haha

The shenanigans continue

The whole gang is back for more. I love James and Rue, but the Knights are my kind of people. Always fun hearing the crazy scenarios they get themselves into and how they react. Can’t wait for book 4

His Girlfriend is abusive

Honestly, I enjoy this series but Rue is on my last nerve. Her slapping and punching him almost had me screaming at him to backhand her and I’m a woman. Other than that, this was a great read. I love the narrator as always and while I would love to give this book 5 stars across the board I can’t making a character verbally, mentally, and physically abusive with codependency problems is only going to make our MC need more therapy.

Better than the second

We're back to fun dungeon building and an overall better story line than 2 had. at least for me, not a fan of NGNL though so 2 wasn't as enjoyable. But 3 more than makes up for everything else. Travis's narration is spot on as always as well.

If you've liked the others, you'll like this one.

Almost Great

The game world of this series is awesome. The pop culture references and random shout outs to other litrpg books are more subtle than being beaten over your head most times. The real world stuff you don't really need the majority of but the one thing that cripples this book is the "romance". No one needs to have the story interrupted by the machinations of what they think frisky teens are doing every chance they get, adding in cosplay kinks to the mix. Especially after 2 books of justifying being in love with an AI then having all the love be codependency and jealousy. First its simple flirting right into not being able to make it through a normal day without seeing her???

overall good book

I personally liked the first to better and I feel rue and the game itself were kinda secondary in this plus u cant go teasing predator. overall good book but would have liked it more if it was more about the game than the government conspiracy tho the edding worth it hope the next book doesn't take to long Whissper_119
