Great voice. Good story

The narrator was wonderful. Zoe did a great job.

The story is nicely original and has well developed characters and plot. The narration is good too. What a wonderful deal for this series to part of the us category

I really loved this and I'm so excited for the next book. the main character is so relatable and there's no added fluff. The story is so creative.

Good start and setup

Nice voice, good story, has the start of an epic fantasy journey series. excited to start book 2. characters are good, it's always hard for me to love young characters like this one aged 12 ish because their brains and knowledge base makes them annoying almost but I also find real life 12 year olds annoying so it makes it sense and it's good that the character acts age appropriate. some violence and graphic parts but not overwhelmingly violent.

great book

I didn't find myself struggling to finish this book. The narrator did an amazing job! The story feels unique and interesting and I felt the main character was easy to relate to.
