She is BRILLIANT

Dr. Ramani knows her stuff! She can explain and simplify what is really going on, the layers, and angles of a narcissist.
She teaches how to handle all the different behaviors, and if needed, how to get out.
I highly recommend her expertise! It saved my mental and emotional health. She helped me rebuild my bulldozed life. So very grateful!!

LIFE . CHANGING !!! 👏🏻👏🏻

truly a podcast (or even more accurately , an AUTHOR) , for everyone .
this information , with Dr . ramani’s delivery , willingness to be vulnerable and desire to show how imperative it is to keep a soft heart BUT never in the absence of rock solid boundaries , is fundamental to any healthy relationship , starting with ourselves.

she is spot on with explaining how this comes to be around us , perhaps in us , and most def how it does and will affect each of us .

THIS should be taught in schools from pre-k onward. we can learn accounting and home ec and even coding and STEM worthy endeavors most any times in our lives , IF we are healthy.
but it is forever changing to be narcissisticly wounded and becomes a part of us and generations to come , forever .

thank you dr ramani for making a difference for so many now and to come .
