    The internationally recognized date for Holocaust Remembrance Day corresponds to the 27th day of Nisan on the Hebrew calendar. It marks the anniversary of the Warsaw Ghetto Uprising.

    In Hebrew, Holocaust Remembrance Day is called Yom Hashoah. When the actual date of Yom Hashoah falls on a Friday, the state of Israel observes Yom Hashoah on the preceding Thursday. When it falls on a Sunday, Yom Hashoah is observed on the following Monday. In the United States, Days of Remembrance runs from the Sunday before Yom Hashoah through the following Sunday.

A show so good, it happens live every Friday… Suzanne Morphew, the Colorado mom who went missing on a bike ride in May 2020, died by homicide, according to an autopsy released Monday, the Colorado Bureau of Investigation said in a statement. Her death was determined to have been caused by "Homicide by undetermined means in the setting of butorphanol, azaperone, and medetomidine intoxication," according to the autopsy. "These drugs are marketed as a compounded injectable chemical immobilizer for wildlife," according to the autopsy from the El Paso County coroner. The cap to a wildlife tranquilizer dart was found in the Morphew’s dryer. #BestGuests: America’s most respected Detective Fil Waters spent decades in the law enforcement world becoming an expert at obtaining criminal confessions. He spent 23 years working as a homicide detective in the Houston Police Department investigating more than 400 homicide cases, including one that took the life of his good friend and fellow police officer. Detective Waters is also a Marine and the owner of Kindred Spirits Investigations. He also starred in the show “The Interrogator”. Agent Scott Duffey is Director of Wilmington University’s Criminal Justice Institute. Scott is a retired FBI supervisory Special Agent of the Wilmington, Delaware Resident Agency. Excellent Broadcast Journalism - a new way of news

News comes in from so many angles these days, so going in depth on one topic of interest to me is ideal. I love how Joel and Surviving The Survivor bring in true professionals and relevant guests for unscripted perspective and unbiased opinions. Deep background and process perspectives are touched on throughout each episode, and the chemistry between host and guests is always amazing. Thank you for your work, STS!

I listen to your podcast daily and appreciate it. It is so great to hear a podcast without all the background drama music drowning out the content. Karm is wonderful and I am an LCSW also and so I am always interested in her views. I especially like Carl. Keep up the good work Joel, I have been following the Markel case for many years and now reading Ruth's book. I hope she will write another. I was enjoying content but no control repeatedly took me back to 0 seconds when I tried to rewind to catch a missed comment
