The elements of the first two books are missing
I enjoyed this book but I feel the real life and death struggle is missing. Th MC does everything too perfectly and does have any real foes to fight. I really liked the first book with all the close calls.

Zogarth and Travis Baldree make a great team
This series has only gotten better with each volume. Character development and world building have progressed nicely. Narration is consistent in tempo and separation of characters to make conversations easy to deferentate.
Waiting patiently “sorta” for the next installment’s. I’m ready to pre-order as soon as I can.

Wow.. This was it.
Wow. I have always thought this series, from the very start had so much potential. The only problem with this series was the main character, that has been rectified in this book. By no means is he my favorite character, but he has made leaps and bounds. The magical system, the side characters, this series really had it all. The narration has been fantastic. I cannot wait for more than this series. If you also hated the MC I recommend sticking through it because this one really made up for his actions of the first two.

Definitely one of the best I’ve listened to. Overall a great series! The only way it could improve would be adding a female reader as well, but Travis does a SPECTACULAR job! Wonderful overall!

This Book Makes the Story even Better!
The first book was so good, and I loved the second one! I just couldn't wait to get to this one!
The progression of the main character was done so well.
I love that the author is building a world but doesn't focus on the secondary stories. Instead, he occasionally drops a bit of perspective from secondary characters and goes back to his main character. I really like how he handled this.
Jakes path is truly becoming endless. I love his reaching for the stars! The ending was done so well and makes me wish the next book was already here to buy!
