So much fun

Really great situational storytelling. I loved the way both of the protagonists messed up the romance by making incorrect guesses about what the other one thought. That is typical of humanity. Because vampires can read the minds of any person except their life mates they aren’t used to having to read cues from their potential mates. The female just jumps to the wrong conclusions.
