An Autistic Inner World is a spoken reflection that I recently shared on my YouTube channel, A Neurodivergent Soul.

In this piece, I speak personally and poetically about my experience of moving through the world as an autistic, highly sensitive woman. I explore sensory awareness, emotional depth, creativity, humour, and the layered way meaning is felt and understood from within.

This is not an attempt to explain autism for everyone, but rather to offer an honest expression of my own lived experience. We are all unique, and each neurodivergent journey carries its own textures, challenges, and gifts.

My hope is that these words offer recognition, companionship, and perhaps a deeper understanding of what it can feel like to live with heightened sensitivity and a richly textured inner world.

I believe we each hold a unique story that is as ancient as time itself.
