Surprised Flight & Romance

This is my first book by Elle Nicoll. What an amazing author!! I was hooked and couldn’t put this book down!! Meeting Mr. Anderson was an incredible read that had spice, love, romance, drama, sadness, grief and healing. I just loved how Holly and Jay grew throughout this book. It was great to see how Holly helped Jay heal at the end. I highly recommend this book especially on audio. Happy reading!!!

A bit misleading

While this is a great story, I feel mislead by the narration. The male voice was only 10% of the book. I was disappointed to not hear his POV more.

I wanted to love it!

The FMC had the maturity level of a toddler. This book is mostly about her not wanting to be an adult and properly communicate. The MMC was great but was mostly done by the female narrator. The male narrator only had one chapter. I had to listen to the end at a very fast pace to deal with the FMC’s unnecessary drama. This is my first book by this author so I will get another one of her audiobooks a try.

MFC was too emotionally needy

Did not care for female narrator or her emotional immaturity. Why do authors feel like they have to create such characters?? Male narrator fine but female did most of the entire book. She was too much. Don’t need to listen to her again.

Great story

it was a really fun book to listen to. I'm looking forward to the next book in the series.
