What's up Runbum family!
We have a short solosode from your boy, Scottapants.
He had what you would call an "unsuccessful" race at Tunnel Hill 100, but we think he really nailed the logistics of crewing himself.
Today so many runners feel that the need a crew to succeed in an ultra, but he's here to give you som tips on how to make your race as successful and streamlined as possible.
