This book is a game changer- literally!!
This book came at the most perfect time in my life!
I felt like I was losing my competitive edge in the sports I loved as well as my work.
This book provided insight into how I may be carrying my past trauma (emotional and physical) in different areas of my body- knowing this, I am developing new ways to heal those wounds with my heart and mind.

Very informative
Absolutely loved the book. This was written in a manor that everyone can understand and benefit from. Im very knowledgeable about this field and I still walked away learning more. The narrater had a very pleasant voice to listen to. I would highly recommend this.
