Interesting…

Quick, interesting listen—the author does a good job of sharing a bit of her background, parent/family life, lack of opportunities, etc. This is a really sad story, as she seems to have been set up for failure from the start, as so many are.

And she was of course, SA’d a ton by her grandfather. We all move on from this sort of thing very differently, obviously her way was to become a serial killer. So sad, for ALL involved.

At any rate, it was pretty subjectively reviewed and interesting.

Audio:
The narrator was very matter-of-fact, but this is non-fiction, so it worked well. He did insert a tiny bit of emotion at times, but mostly just delivered the facts. I could listen to more from him, at least in this style, not sure about fiction. Pleasant enough voice.
