This week I'm talking with the head of digital marketing for Avon, Lynn Luong. Regardless if you’re a small buisness or a large corporation we are all dealing with the same issue when it comes to marketing, how to keep our audience engaged. It was great to sit down with Lynn and discuss some of the strategies she utilizes to help grow Avon’s customer base in this new digital era, where we are all trying to beat the algorithm.

This week I'm talking with two software developers who happen to be my old band mates, Justin Craig-Kuhn and Dan VerWeire. I've done one previous episode on Ai but after talking to Justin last time he was in town I thought it would be good to revisit the topic with two people who understand this technology way more than myself. I must admit I am treading water most of this conversation but I believe it's important that we all understand what we can about this technology and how it will effect our future.

It's Toastoro's first time to Toronto so we met up with Urban Ninja and Sketch Rat two great local street artists to give us the lowdown on the scene and show us around. It's been a year since I interviewed Urban Ninja So It was great to able to catch up with him and see what he's been working on.
