I've always wanted to fast, but was nervous. Pastor Vlad explains daily what happens to your body during a fast, why we fast, how it honors the Lord and it's supported with scripture and prayer! Best thing I ever did! Go follow him as well!

I loved it. Started listening just to learn more about fasting but it pushed me to fast for 21 days. I recently learned about this pastor by hearing pastor David Hernandez mention him. What I love the most about his material is the fact that he does not beat around the bush but gets to the point and goes deep in to topics. I must say this is what I needed. Thank you pastor Vlad.
