Back in the day I am sure a lot of us found commercials a nuisance. BUT!!! When we look back and reflect on how brilliant marketing was back in the 90's, there's no denying how genius these companies were that created jingles and slogans that are still to this day etched in our brains. When you hear the words, Mentos, Folgers, Chi Chi Chi Chia, you can't help but sing that catchy little tune we would hear a million times a day during our youth. On today's episode of Crime Talk with Stef, I wanted to continue exploring and discussing cases related to cyberstalking, catfishing, and other internet-related crimes because unfortunately there are countless cases involving the dark web. Today, we talk about the tragic murder of a young man with a bright future ahead of him, whose life was cut short far too soon. His name was Jason Rodriguez from Tampa, Florida. Jason was lured to his murder by a person pretending to be a girl he was chatting with online. His murder serves as a reminder to be cautious about who you interact with online, as people may not always be who they claim to be.
