BIG WELL DONE TO EVERYONE who got to the end of dry Jan and (even if you didnt don't sweat, everyones journey is different) . Here one bird is happy its over, Jennifer is drinking moderately and Carlotta is powering on, work to do -

Both of us a bit sad as we have to bring this series to an end as we have  lots of life stuff to be getting on with - its hard work promoting and editing, securing guests, we are going to pop back with a few one-offs and if we secure our mega famous guests or raise some funding ...

Hello all and a very happy full moon to you all, can you feel the Kenergy tonight? last night - we think the vibes were coming is strong, we were certainly howling  - how is every one getting on, the end of dry Jan is in sight, I know Jennifer cant wait, but Im powering through  - how are you doing ? what are you doing?

The lovely Mollie Huckerby is our guest she's like a breath of fresh air for us, she's set up tech start ups, battled with serious illness and now a wellness coach all at 26 ... what a star
