By using the cover of the Yellow Vest Riots in Paris, a renegade Englishman in Brussels conspires to send more than 1,200 bottles of poisoned perfume to the Americas. Young people from the streets of Paris and a prominent Muslim businessman are set up and blamed for the incessant bombings in Brussels and Paris.
