Great primer. Did not like the narrator.

This book, like his others, is extremely well researched, and combines a huge amount of medical research with a description of the technical mechanisms of herbs as well as practical recommendations and treatment protocols. Great book. It’s a shame SHB won’t be around to update this work as the body of research grows.

The narration however… not my favorite. The reader constantly places emphasis on the wrong parts of the sentences. This combined with minor mispronunciation of herb names is kind of annoying.
