Intriguing

I enjoyed this particular book a great deal.
Choosing to believe that the adventure continues with a change in how they do their work.
I don’t care for the way the narrator pronounced Stella Maris, but other than that I think she did a great job.
I don’t usually like a narrator change.
I look forward to the next adventures of Nate and Liz.

A Fitting Seque

Setting the Scene: The Talbot family is finally on their Christmas getaway, enjoying warm island breezes, amazing views, delectable food, hiking, and so much more. Who would have guessed that Mama would pull them into an investigation, one that began with a cheating husband and escalated to murder, kidnapping, and more? Could this be the final investigation for Liz and Nate?

What I Thought: From the beginning of this series, I have loved Liz, Nate, and menagerie of characters that populate Stella Maris. They brought entertainment, laughter, and warmth. Although the length and setting of this book prevented a full array of all those personalities, we get a taste of some in the immediate family, including Daddy's tendency to attract animals and Colleen's caretaker role. It is clear that this book is intended to either end the series or provide a seque to a whole new perspective for Liz and Nate. Either way, the book is a must-read for fans of the series. Long live, Liz and Nate!

I’m sorry the series has come to an end but it had a great ending. I have loved the narration
