I thought this audiobook was a skit from Monty Python?

I attempted to listen to this audiobook and had to finally turn it off. After hearing the unplanned pauses and items making noise in the background, like dishes or utensils? The point that I thought this was Monty Python was when the British person reading the book coughed and cleared his throat. I was done at that point. That was a waste of a credit in my Audible account.
