Sometimes we keep in step with Him while other times we get off track. We see that with the case of Abram temporarily. Like Abram, we all have the tendency to revert to our own way when adverse circumstances arise. However, if we decide to yield to God He's always there to bring us into a place of rest He destin's for us. Our scripture references are found in Genesis 12:1-3, 4a and Isaiah 30:15-21. However, another reason storms can hit our lives is when Jesus has called us and/or instructed us to obey Him. That's when going from point A to Z storms can arise to discourage us and cause us to fear. But if we look to the Lord and believe the words "He" spoke, we make it to the other side.
