Will they or won't they? Very well executed performance. love these readers as Finn and Eva. I have to agree with Eva on this one...have these people not heard of science? When will they finally accept that nothing is guaranteed in life. Knowing of a genetic predisposition doesn't mean you won't get hit by a car tomorrow. Maybe being forced to make a promise when your nine and being shackled with the weight of that secret for so long has warped Finn's brain. Eva has been through plenty of family trauma and scandal, so I appreciate her level-headedness in the face of adversity. Skye Warren has created quite a pair in this trilogy. Can't wait for the next installment.

This one great more of the two and the plot thickens. I am now on to book three. I cannot wait to read/ listen to more from this author.

A little slow and a lot of repetition about the male character possible illness. Really boring at times. Should have been on book instead of 3.
