The perfect conclusion to a modern Tall Tale

The author once stated that each book gets progressively dark. That was an understatement. Despair, Depression, and Depravity ooze from the page. The Author takes the reader hell and back to the light.

I laughed, I cried, I cheered, and shocked by the constant twist and turns.

Micheal's performance is probably the best of his carrer, though it is a tight race for book 6.

Love this series!!

This has been such a fun ride! As a kid, I so wanted to be a cowboy. I watched every western I could and every TV show about cowboys so this series really made me smile. How cool would it be to have a shaman send you back in time to hang out with the coolest cowboys ever? If you haven't read this series yet, just do!!

Loved the whole series

I have read this one and the Doc Holiday series. And as soon as the Jane series becomes available on audible I’ll listen to that one too. I got to hear the first book now just waiting for the rest of Jane. I do wish the other characters like Pecos, Doyle, and the Grey Shaman had a few books of their own as well. Something to tie everything in on how they all met. I’d definitely love to read about the Shamans for sure. The writer is great and love all the books so far!!!

I HAVE NEVER CRIED SO HARD! BEST BOOK EVER!!!

I just finished bunge listening to this entire series in a weekend and I feel amazing. This book was so heartbreaking and I went through so many tissues! This was THE best writing I have ever read! You MUST READ this coming-of-age-urban fantasy series! IT WAS AMAZING!!! WOW!
