A well written guide, but ...

It’s unusual to find such a thorough investment guide. The author is clear, concise, and detailed in his recommendations and examples. My only negative is that his advice regarding dividend growth is very hard to implement because of a lack of such stocks. It's all but impossible, and I can't imagine that the author doesn't know that. Still, great advice on investing in dividends in general.

great advice, does not feel like quick rich

As someone who's made a lot of mistakes with money in the past, I've been really enjoying this book that I'm currently reading. It feels very realistic and grounded in the experiences that I've had, which makes it all the more valuable to me.

The author does a great job of warning against some of the pitfalls that I've fallen into before, while also offering some really solid advice on how to build wealth over the long term. However, I do have to admit that there's one big downside to this new edition - not much of the content has changed since the previous one. What's more, the previous edition came with a companion PDF that was really helpful in understanding the material, but unfortunately, that PDF isn't included with this version. I'm not sure if the publisher forgot to include it or what, but it definitely would've been nice to have.

Not really straightforward and useful

Should have provided some actual data rather than an excel sheet with dead formulas. The actual stock list is hidden behind a paywall.

crypto hater

Good book for dividend stocks, but does not understand cryptocurrencies. Another fiat lover. Doesn't get what's coming with crypto and bitcoin. Don't waste your time with this read if you want any crypto info.
