Series great-narrator awful

The Shadow City series is awesome. I was so excited for Killian’s story. Sooo disappointed by the narrator. Her male voices are terrible!!!!
Wish it had been from Killian’s POV, but loved his story. Had to finish the series, but the narration of the men was so hard to get through! I also wish the pronunciation of character names stayed the same. This series the narrator pronounced several differently than all the other books. It was very annoying.
Hope to get more Shadow City :)

male voice is hard to swollow

normal voice great. storyline great, only complaint is readers male voice. it's forced and ultimately make the males side unpleasant.

Can’t stand Jewel

Got half way through and gave up on the audible of this book. Had to finish it on my Kindle. The narrator’s voice was soooo dramatically whiney. She was too much like her mother for my taste. Bleh! Finished it for the continuation of the story and the other characters.

Great !!

This is a great listen this author is great and most of the telling of the story. The narration is wonderful.

Bitter Sweet

I really love this series. I guess I was so exited for Killian's story...I would have loved to have heard it from his perspective. The narrator struggled with the male voices which made it a hard listen (for me). But I still can't wait to see what's next for this group
