I’m addicted, the hero continues

I love these books, and I agree with other reviewers- as the books go along the characters get richer. I normally hate stories told out of sequence in flashbacks and dreams. But I don’t mind these for some reason.
My only complaint is that the bickering gets old, especially bc Jury is just so childish and whiny. it will be an emergency situation but they will always take time for the bickering and snide comments. Or Doc and his desire to seduce everyone. Hurry hurry hurry…oh? Suggestive comment? Ooooo, yes my dear, we will meet up later (except much more drawn out). It’s just weird.
But I love these. I’ve listened to 7 in the last week.

Oh WOW! THIS ONE WAS AMAZING! I LOVE DOC!

I read online that the narrator of this series had to retire for medical reasons or something and that this was his last book. I'll miss his voice but I also read where he said the show must go on when he stepped down. Looking forward to the new narrator even though I will miss this one!

Can't get enough Doc!

I absolutely love this series and just can't say enough good things about it. M.M. Crumley is an amazing story teller!! I am sad that Michael Cummings is retiring from reading books to us but I wish him well, and many thanks for all of the books you did read in this and the Andrew Rufus series.

If you haven't read the Andrew Rufus series, do! It's simply awesome!!

The narration was superb and the story line kept me interested. Can barely wait for the next installment .
