Fighting to the Death

I like the story. I like that there’s a proper ending too. The AI voice was flat though. This story would be better with actual people reading it. The storyline was easy to follow and there are so moments of frustration, but overall great story.

What stood out the most

I swear this book was just like The selection but with wolves. That was disappointing. And I looked into the author. It is not 1 but a team of writers that makes me wonder even more about the writing.

Great Listen!

Although I’m not fond of virtual narration, this voice did not irritate me. I really enjoyed the story.

Fated Mates

A descent shifter romance with likable characters, action, a bit of mystery & romance.
I would prefer to have read this because of the flat Ai narration. Even that would have been improved if Ai could at least distinguish a difference between male & female characters. I found it difficult to follow who was speaking.
Good plot that would have been better by tying up loose ends like clarifying who was behind the pack dismissal notification & attempted murder.
Delving more deeply into story elements like this would have enhanced the book. In contrast, towards the end I found the heroines continuous misgivings to be unrealistic given their previous interactions. Overall, I can recommend it as a pleasant escape from reality.

Easy to Listen to, Not very exciting

The plot was paper thin, all the twists seen about a mile away. Many items just put in and not developed, such as the explosion. Overall, a good listen on a long car trip. The spicy level was very tame but there.
