Brains, guns, and fists combined with an intimate understanding of dog psychology.

Max is a star

excellent plot plan, many pla es to end, BUT twisted. Dog's POV appreciated.

Was told it is a "clean" book, but it is too graphic for middle schoolers and high school dog lovers.

Lots of action

I really enjoyed the story, the guy who does the narration was interesting. sometimes he talked really fast when he got excited, it definitely kept my attention so he's growing on me.

Not much

Was hoping for lots of cool stuff about the dog and his actions etc. instead got a lot of blood and gore and not much about the dog. Gave up at chapter 36

Perfect balance

Love this author! Perfect balance of action and big meaning. Might be my new favorite author. Narrator is very good. Thank you for staying faithful and giving lots of excitement!
