Oli sits down with vocalist, Lee Mackley and drummer, Keane Gilles of Crooked Royals to discuss their upcoming UK and European tour with Periphery, signing to their label 3DOT Recordings, how they came to have two vocalists, their approach to stage presence and much more.

This episode, Oli's joined by Dity Maharaj, lead singer and founding member of New Zealand-based progressive rock band Coridian.

We discuss the origins of Cordian and how Dity came to meet the Raven brothers, as well as his R&B roots, and how he grew to become a rock frontman. His early inspirations, Taylor Swift and his love for cars. He shared his advice for aspiring vocalists as well as a few horror stories from performing live.  

We get nerdy, taking a bit of a dive into Star Wars, Spiderman and other fantasy series.

We discuss some of the challenges of being a female in the music industry. We also explored her origins & the artists that inspired her growing up, how she came to join the likes of Elemeno P and Ekko Park, as well as how she came to be a session musician and advice to those who may be aspiring to do the same.
