the more I listen, the more I learn about myself
thank you, so much for creating this. very recently my counselor gave me an evaluation that indicated I have ADHD. it 57 years old, and pretty much knew I had it my entire life. I just never thought about it until it started seriously interfering with what I wanted to accomplish. now I am getting a therapist so I can make it official. the more I listen to this, the more I see myself reflected. if I had any real doubts about my diagnosis, they are gone now.
