Everything that I hoped would happen did! it was such a lovely escape.

I so enjoyed this happy story. it has been a nice distraction from the stress of everyday life. the descriptions of the herbs and foods were great and I felt like I was experiencing the little village myself!

I really enjoy the stories where someone moves to another country to start again. The friends they gain in their new home are always delightful characters. Bravo.
