I didn’t connect with the FMC

And the MMC didn’t really act like an alpha character. I almost stopped at Chapter 10. I feel like the FMC came in strong right away. Not in a strong character but more like a needy person and assumed that he needs to explain everything to her - like he owes her anything b
I don’t have an issue with insta-love, I like those but it doesn’t work in this book. At some point it felt like she’s manipulating the MMC.

Fell flat

Good premise and wanted to like but the nanny is pretty annoying. She is hot and cold, way snotty and high and mighty. Lacks depth and development.

Loved the male lead!

Loved this book! Can’t wait to read the rest of the series! Great story line!

Second Read on this one

I loved this story and the characters. Beautiful little adventure for the female lead but great roles for the others as well. Fun shifter heroes and romance.

I’m annoyed

Honestly I couldn’t even finish this read the baby sitter was so annoying. Like girl if you gon fwh then do that instead of being hot and cold & also making snarky ass comments like he was the only one interested, but at the same time he was entertaining and accepting it. Just all around annoying asf
